Absolutely. Your photography level doesn't matter: whether you're a beginner, an expert, or you just want to travel with your phone, there's a place for you on our trips. On every trip you'll be accompanied by an expert photographer who, on top of knowing the destination inside out, will share their knowledge with you throughout the journey.

Of course. You can join any of our trips even if you're not a photographer, even if you only bring your smartphone. And you're very welcome to come with your partner, a family member, or a friend, whether or not they're into photography. Our trips are designed to be enjoyed at any level.

Of course. In fact, some participants join our trips shooting with a compact camera or simply with their phone.

We always travel in small groups, with a maximum of 10 travelers. It's one of Namaste Photo Tours' hallmarks: small groups that let us take care of every detail, reach the best locations without crowds, and give personalized attention to each participant.

Our trips are run mainly in Spanish, though we also offer support in English. You don't need to speak Spanish to join: the team will accompany and guide you throughout the trip.

The sooner, the better. Our groups are small (maximum 10 travelers) and we can't know how quickly each trip will fill up. Our advice is to book as soon as you decide to travel: that way your spot is secured.

Yes. An initial payment of US $1,000 is always required to confirm your spot on any of our photo tours.

Yes, you can make the initial payment by credit or debit card during the booking process itself. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that this payment method carries a 4% fee on the amount paid.

Yes. After the initial deposit, you can pay the rest in whatever installments suit you best. The only condition is that the full cost of the trip must be paid in full 45 days before the departure date.

As a general rule, the final payment must be made 45 days before the start of the trip. If you book within those 45 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Last-minute bookings require payment in advance before confirmation.

We understand that plans can change. This cancellation and refund policy applies to the total amount paid up to the date of notification, depending on how much notice we receive in writing: • More than 150 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the amount paid is refunded. • Between 150 and 91 days before (inclusive): 50% is refunded. • Between 90 and 60 days before (inclusive): 35% is refunded. • 59 days or less before the start of the trip: no refund applies. All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@namastephototours.com. The effective cancellation date will be the date we receive the notification.

No, international flights are not included in any of our trips. That said, we'll advise you on the best flight to reach the destination.

It depends on the trip. Most of the accommodation is premium hotels, generally 4 or 5 stars. In some cases we'll stay in lodges, cabins, guesthouses, or motels, depending on the location we want to photograph, always aiming for the best possible quality.

What you'll need to pack depends largely on the destination. We send all participants a welcome kit with a complete list of recommended clothing and gear. As a general rule, we recommend dressing in layers and packing as light as possible. Avoid heavy cotton items like jeans, sweatshirts, and coats: lighter alternatives that are warm and wrinkle-free are always the best option.

It depends on your level. Some travelers bring professional gear, while others travel with just their phone. In any case, if you have any doubts about what gear to bring or buy, email us and we'll be happy to advise you.

Visa requirements vary widely depending on your nationality and the destination. While we can't obtain it for you, we'll provide links to specialized companies and help you get it sorted.

Yes. Travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all Namaste Photo Tours trips.

Our trips are designed to be enjoyed by anyone who is reasonably fit. That said, some visit remote areas with limited or non-existent medical facilities, so good health is advisable. Factors such as hiking, uneven terrain, dust, stairs, humidity, travel, and unfamiliar customs and cultures also add physical demands.

Minors between 13 and 17 can only take part when accompanied by their parents. Our trips are not suitable for children under 13.

No problem at all if you travel solo: we'll pair you with a roommate of the same gender from among the other participants. If you'd prefer a single room, you can choose that option when booking, with the corresponding supplement.
