Typically, the final payment must be made 45 days before the journey begins. If you have booked your trip within 45 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Last-minute reservations require advance payment prior to confirmation.

The type of accommodation varies with each journey. However, most of the accommodations are premium hotels, typically 4 or 5 stars. At other times, we stay in lodges, cabins, guesthouses, or motels, depending on the location we aim to photograph, always striving to maintain the highest quality possible.

The clothes you'll need will largely depend on the destination we journey to. We provide a comprehensive list of suggested clothing and gear in our welcome kit, which we send to all tour participants. Our general recommendation is to dress in layers and pack as lightly as possible. Aim to steer clear of heavy cotton clothing like jeans, sweatshirts, and coats. Lighter alternatives that are warm, wrinkle-resistant, and lightweight are the best choice.

Our journeys are crafted for the enjoyment of any reasonably fit individual. However, some adventures take you to remote areas with limited or no medical facilities, so being in good health is vital. Elements like hiking, rugged paths, dust, traffic, stairs, humidity, delays, and unfamiliar customs and cultures also contribute to the physical demands.

Teenagers aged 13 to 17 cannot participate in our tours unless accompanied by their parents. Our tours are not suitable for children under 13 years old.

There's no problem if you're traveling alone; we will arrange for you to share a room with a fellow participant of the same gender. However, if you prefer a single room, you can choose this option when making your reservation, with the corresponding additional cost.

We understand that plans can change. The present cancellation and refund policy will apply to the total amount paid by the Participant up to the date of the cancellation notification, depending on the advance notice with which said written notification is received by the Agency from the Participant. Cancellation more than 150 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the total amount paid to date will be refunded. Cancellation between 150 and 91 days in advance (both inclusive) before the start of the trip: 50% of the total amount paid to date will be refunded.
